DiSiena Furniture, Mechanicville, NY is looking to fill a full time Customer Service General Office Representative to provide customer service and clerical support covering multiple functions including scheduling, service and excellent follow up skills. Assist clients in resolving their questions, concerns and issues on purchases. Candidate must be a motivated friendly individual with good telephone skills.
Responsibilities: Assist clients telephoning or coming into the store in resolving their question, concerns and issues with regards to their purchase. Answer incoming call, direct callers to the appropriate person. Ordering and following up on orders with manufacturers. Document and create service order and follow up with problems regarding products. Communicate with service personnel and customers to resolve problems. Enter service orders and maintain and update service orders. Record all communications and comments in computer. Resolve customer service concerns and document, follow up and keep the sales associates apprised of the progress status. Assist office personnel with deliveries and general office duties.
Compensation: Salary to be determined on qualifications
Minimum requirement to quality for position:
Customer Service Experience
Proficient with various computer programs: Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Flexibility of hours
Ability to resolve complex customer service issues.
